Supported the projects going on for web and mobile online banking for particular clients. Responsible for the open banking solutions for the particular client segments. I drove ux research and presented results. Created UX flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes using XD design. Facilitaded validation sessions with the client and technical leads. Re-organizing Santander's online banking information arquitecture was the biggest challenge. There was a legacy, internal constraints and the structure of the menu was deeply connected with the code architecture. So, in order to support a change for better, I contributed with leading face to face sessions of card sorting with santander users. In parallel I used optimalworkshop plataform to do remote card sorting sessions.
A new architecture information was created based on data collected from the card sorting sessions, IA guidelines, and tree testing. One of the problems users had, were finding menu entrance to do some financial operations. So at top of the menu it was added a search which not only search on the menu items but also on third level of information, helping the user to find and do financial operations.
